Michello Borgo founded MOTIONBORG, Inc. in 2002 and is currently the president as well as a Director of Technology who loves the dynamic IT field. In addition to managing the company's day-to-day operations, he is also responsible for handling client consultations, requirement analyses, project management, and international business development. He has more than thirteen years of experience in systems development, programming, graphic design, training, and consulting experience.

Prior to MOTIONBORG, Inc., Michello worked for a Coral Gables, FL Advertising agency. He was responsible for the development and implementation of the company's website and day to day graphic design concepts for the agency's Fortune 500 client base such as Ryder, Citrix Systems, Burger King, City National, and Cingular. Much of the work included PowerPoint presentations, graphics, multimedia/CD-ROM development, web design, animation, concept development, and project supervision. Michello was also responsible for LAN network Windows and Mac OS workstation.

In 1999, MTV and Nickelodeon Latin America offered Michello a position to pursue his career in the IT field in their Miami Beach, Florida office. Throughout his years at MTV & Nickelodeon, he became responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement, design, and maintenance of web applications to control content for home pages, specials show, artists' databases, news postings, photo flip books, ranking position charts, events calendars, contests, live polls, online registrations, chats, community forums, mass email interfaces, online radio, live web casts, and distribution of on- air content to online broadcast, in addition to supervising junior web developers, interns, and freelance personnel.

"The best part of working at MTV and Nickelodeon was to keep myself updated with the latest technologies so that we were integrated at every quarterly website re- launch while finding fun ways to interact and deliver content dynamically to users in different countries", remarks Michello of this unique work experience.

It was upon this vast experience and love of Information Technology that Motionborg was founded.

Michello's name has been mentioned in various industry- related magazines such as PC World Magazine (for Spanish Speakers), Univision.com and other local magazines.

Michello provides his expertise to many as a lecturer for conferences such as the National Interaction Only Design Conference at the Eden Roc Resort and Spa in Miami Beach, Florida as well as on-site training at MOTIONBORG offices in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
